Really great renovation, beautiful new Menu. Really a positive change. The restaurant is such a hidden gem, and the views just spectacular. Everyone in the team was really attentive and friendly. Jess the Manager and everyone that assisted us were really wonderful. Thank you!

April, not only the time of month, but the server, too. Flawless is an understatement. She is incredibly friendly and made incredibly relatable and appropriate jokes. Beyond social skills, she is obviously well studied in the main reason we found ourselves here- fine dining. With a slow and methodical explanation approach, her food knowledge shines through her social likability! And finally, and probably most importantly, she did not bat an eye when we rolled in 15 minutes before closing. As a past server, I was astonished at this. The courtesy and willingness to not only serve us, but do so with a smile at such an insane hour, was impressive to say the least. Listen to her recommendations, promote her, and as much more as your team can do to utilize her. Flawless. 5 stars, will be back.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner here. Drinks outside before as it was unseasonably warm for March. Views of buttermilk, highlands and Ajax are unparalleled. Food was great! Had Brussels, gnocchi, smoked trout and grouper. Chef Anna came out to say hi and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Hostess Brooke was very accommodating, kept our wine glasses full and shared menu favorites. It’s not in downtown so a little bit of a different vibe than many of the core aspen restaurants but well worth the visit. We will be back.

As a person who travels a lot, it is hard to find gluten-free without any cross contamination in most restaurants. I even have trouble at restaurants that have gluten-free options. Here at Plato's Restaurants, the dining experience is different. You ask how? They have real chef's prepare your food unique to each guest, not a mass production. So whatever your needs, whether it be allergy or taste, they can do it here. The other benefits of dining here are the beautiful views, no matter if you're inside with big windows or on the patio enjoying the weather. The sunset is pure bliss while dining and romantic. I had salmon and salad with a drink that was just perfect for me. The salmon was grilled to perfection, and the salad dressing paired well with the white win. I went during off-season, which was less busy, but I see why this restaurant is so popular and hard to get reservations in season. I would highly recommend this restaurant and go check it out for yourself. Tell them I sent you!

Superb experience. From the bartender and the creative cocktails to the sommelier and the special wine, to the delicious, creative, artistic food, West End Social knocked it out of the park. The very best part was our waitress - April. She was warm, personable, professional and authentic. Thank you all, for a great time.

Went to dinner here with a friend and loved it. We sat on the patio during the summer, which has exceptional views. The servers were generally attentive. In order a spicy lemon drink and a lamb gnocchi and both tasted absolutely divine. A little on the pricier side, but hey, it’s Aspen. The updated interiors are beautifully done.

My wife and I stopped by for dinner on our last night before heading out of town. We had April as our serves and we cannot sing her praises enough. She was incredibly kind and friendly along with giving us the best recommendations. Any time we are in the area we will be coming back, so incredibly worth it!
